★Is ApprovalTrack free?
ApprovalTrack is currently an invite-only platform. We're working closely with early adopters to make ApprovalTrack the ideal tool for festival media management. Approved pilot teams are offered free use of ApprovalTrack until we leave the invite-only phase. Contact us today to learn more.
Who is ApprovalTrack for?
Event production companies, music festivals, media agencies, and independent media managers running multi-photographer shoots with client approval workflows.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients get a tokenized share link they can open on any device. Decisions are still logged with name, email, IP, and timestamp.
What about photographer rights and credit?
Photographer credit preserved in EXIF and exported as CSV with every approved-only zip. Watermarking is configurable per event.
Can we trial it on a single event?
Yes. Pilot accounts can be scoped to a single event. If it doesn't fit, the data exports cleanly and there's no commitment.
What integrations exist today?
Today: Google SSO for managers, CSV export for credits and audit logs. Webhook export for approved frames lands Q3 2026.
